Staff Development in the Printroom.

In early July we had a pleasant day in the printroom creating this image. All the staff who came along chose a piece of lino which had been cut up into random shapes by Nathan. We then experimented printing the pieces with 4 colours and eventually printed them all in their original places within the large shape. We then cut into them some people choosing shapes and textures and others opting for more figurative imagery. The pieces were then printed on top of the original colours and hey presto! It was great having such good company and being able to discuss all the aspects of creating this image with such responsive and appreciative people. Luxury teaching.
